What I do

I help executive leaders inspire, cultivate, and positively persuade their fellow leaders in order to drive terrific business outcomes. I help you apply today’s best leadership theory and management practices to drive goal attainment and lead change.

What you should know

+ Why it works

I utilize the Coaching Process to help you to tap your inner leadership skills, ingenuity and wherewithal. I do not instruct, lecture, nor turn attention to my own experiences nor opinions. Instead I methodically probe, reflect, and help you sort and apply your innate strengths, proven skills, and reliable methods to get your team aligned and producing. I help you drive goal achievement in a manner that is true to your personality and your values.

+ What the research says

Executive coaching results in increased goal-directed self-regulation, increased work-related goal attainment, enhanced solutions-focused thinking, and greater change readiness. (Sources: Harvard Business Review, Journal of Change Management, Journal of Positive Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology.)

+ What is required

For the engagement to produce maximum ROI, you must be not only confidently accomplished but relentlessly curious about your capacity to drive ever greater goal attainment in a manner skillfully consistent with your achievements to date, standout strengths, and core values.
