Executive AI Cohort
Think through AI strategy alongside other leaders who are wrestling with the same questions you are.
You’re not the only leader trying to figure out what AI means for your business. But you might feel like it. Most of the “help” available is either too technical or too generic to be useful.
The Executive AI Cohort brings together a small group of non-competing senior leaders for six weeks of structured, facilitated strategic thinking — each bringing their own organization’s real challenges.
What you get
Six weekly group sessions (1 hour each) — a curated group of 6–8 senior leaders working through a structured progression of AI strategy topics, each bringing their own organization’s real challenges
Individual AI strategy coaching — up to four hours of private, one-on-one coaching over the six weeks to work through your specific situation in depth
Peer learning and accountability — an honest, confidential environment where you can say “I have no idea what I’m doing with AI” and hear “me neither” from people you respect
Get collaborative about AI
What you walk away with:
Clarity on what AI means for your organization, a peer network of leaders navigating the same challenges, and the confidence to lead your team forward — not because you’ve become a technologist, but because you’ve done the strategic thinking.
What this is — and isn’t:
CEOs, COOs, and other senior executives of smaller enterprises and mid-sized nonprofits who know AI matters to their organization’s future but haven’t yet figured out how. Participants come from non-competing organizations. No technical background required — in fact, most participants don’t have one.
How it Works
Cohorts run 2–3 times per year on a set schedule. Each cohort is limited to 6–8 participants to keep the conversation substantive and personal. Sessions are held on the same day and time each week for six consecutive weeks.
Investment: $7,500 per participant
Note: Cohort dates and availability are announced periodically. Space is limited.
